Formal assignments can be documented through the Media-Society Assignment Desk and assigned a unique verification reference.

Verify an assignment

Every formal assignment carries a unique reference (format MSA-YYYY-NNNN) and a secure verification link. Event organisers and institutions can confirm an assignment by opening the link or scanning the QR code shown on the assignment letter.
